Overview
JTSi is seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to support growth initiatives focused on Florida DMS and related state government opportunities. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic relationships, identifying staffing and solution opportunities, and expanding JTSi's presence across state government programs and contract vehicles.
This is a highly visible, revenue-driven role ideal for candidates with experience supporting government staffing, IT services, consulting, or public sector solution sales.

Responsibilities
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within Florida DMS and related state government agencies
• Develop relationships with state agencies, primes, subcontractors, and strategic partners
• Drive staffing and consulting revenue growth through proactive Client activities
• Generate and manage opportunity pipelines aligned with company growth targets
• Support teaming arrangements, subcontracting partnerships, and proposal efforts
• Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to align candidate pipelines with client demand
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis across Florida public sector programs
• ttend client meetings, networking events, and industry engagements as needed
• Maintain CRM updates, pipeline tracking, and forecasting activities
• Work closely with leadership to support strategic growth initiatives

Required Qualifications
• 2-3+ years of experience in business development, account management, staffing sales, or government consulting sales
• Experience supporting Florida state government programs, DMS contracts, or public sector procurement environments
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Experience generating revenue through staffing, consulting, or IT services engagements
• bility to work independently in a fast-paced Client environment
• Strong organizational and pipeline management skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Existing relationships within Florida agencies, vendors, or integrators
• Experience supporting IT staffing, SAP, cloud, cybersecurity, ERP, or digital transformation programs
• Familiarity with state procurement processes and contract vehicles
• Prior experience working with staffing firms, government integrators, or consulting organizations
