Serpa Packaging Solutions is seeking a dynamic sales leader to join our Serpa Team! As the Business Development Executive, you will be required to develop new Drop Packer business opportunities.

  • Great listening skills

  • Patience & persistence, non-stop cold calling
  • Must have great hunting/prospecting skills
  • Travel nationally required, 25% up to 75%
  • Must be self-motivated
  • Microsoft office knowledge: Outlook

  • Pervious sales experience

  • Salesforce or equivalent CRM software experience

Base Salary Range: $100,000; Potential Commission Opportunity: $30,000 - $100,000
