Business Development Executive, Diagnostics (Atlantic Division)
Labcorp is seeking a field-based, Business Development Executive to cover the Atlantic Division.
Responsibilities: - Lead divisional strategy to grow Labcorp's diagnostics footprint across hospitals, IDNs, and large physician organizations.
- Build and manage executive-level relationships with healthcare leaders, including C-suite, clinical, and administrative stakeholders in coordination with senior leadership in the division.
- Identify and structure partnership opportunities that align with Labcorp's commitment to scientific innovation, operational excellence, and patient-centered care.
- Lead the growth of key accounts with a relationship map to target gaps with key stakeholders that influence the expansion of our footprint
- Drive end-to-end deal execution, including needs assessment, proposal development, contract negotiation, and implementation planning.
- Map out and execute an ecosystem community outreach plan with health systems to deepen our market presence and deliver higher level value.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Legal, Medical Affairs, and Marketing) to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- Monitor healthcare market trends, regulatory shifts, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic planning.
- Develop and present comprehensive quarterly business reviews that include growth and value strategies, assessment of the competitive landscape, and outline of resources needed to drive success.
- Represent Labcorp at industry events, conferences, and client engagements to elevate brand presence and thought leadership.
Minimum Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Healthcare.
- 5 or more years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or enterprise sales in diagnostics, healthcare services, or life sciences.
Preferred Requirements:- MBA, MHA, or advanced degree in healthcare or business.
Additional Job Standards: - Deep understanding of hospital systems, physician group operations, and clinical diagnostics workflows.
- Proven success in structuring and closing complex, multi-million-dollar partnerships.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive relationship management skills.
- Confident leadership and entrepreneurial-minded individual, comfortable interacting with senior level stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel across the Atlantic division for meetings and training as needed.
This is a field-based role with the ideal candidate residing within the Atlantic division. The Atlantic Division spans from Maryland to Northern Georgia, and Eastern, Tennessee.

Pay Range $95,000 - $135,000 annually + sales incentive
All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan. Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan.
