About the Team The Video Safety Operations (VSO) Reports & Insights Team architects diagnostic frameworks and builds automated data solutions to elevate operations performance. Our mission is to sustain a safer video ecosystem via data-driven excellence. We: - Architect and maintain core metrics, scorecards, and interactive dashboards - Drive performance through granular targets, root-cause analysis, and automated reporting - Empower decisions with ad hoc insights, strategic guidance, and actionable business intelligence Responsibilities: - Design, update, and implement moderation performance data metrics & attribution frameworks. - Monitor target completion rates, navigate root causes, and coordinate XFN solutions for performance driving. - Develop and maintain strategic data dashboards and automation solutions. - Conduct topic deep-dive analysis to enable cross-functional (XFN) decision making. - Gather, analyze, and report information related to current support processes contributing to continuous improvement. - Create customized data analysis tools, applications, and data manipulation utilities for the team. Innovations will include tools providing key metrics across multiple data sources through the consolidation of tools and markets. - Provide summary reports on various processes, assist in the development of key business suggestions and contribute to weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s): - Bachelor's degree or above in Math, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields. - 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business insights enablement, or business intelligence. - Proficiency in Data Visualization (Tableau/Power BI), SQL, Excel, and Statistics. - Strong ability to independently complete data analyses and deliver actionable, well-reasoned insights. - Experience in metric system setup, attribution analysis, and target-setting methodologies; ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Preferred Qualification(s): - Familiarity with content moderation operations and strategies, including quality measurement, capacity planning, target setting, and performance scorecard planning. - Proficiency in Python.

[For Pay Transparency]Compensation Description (Annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $76000 - $151200 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
