Position OverviewAs a Business Continuity Senior Specialist - Cyber Resilience Risk within PNC's Technology Risk organization, you will be based in either: Pittsburgh PA, Dallas TX, Phoenix AZ, Strongsville OH or Birmingham AL.
Position Summary
The Cyber Recovery Business Continuity - Cyber Resilience Risk Senior Specialist is responsible for onboarding applications into the enterprise Cyber and Resiliency Recovery Testing Program. This role partners with application teams, infrastructure teams, and business stakeholders to define recovery requirements, develop recovery documentation, and coordinate cyber and resiliency recovery testing activities.
This position is ideal for an early-career professional seeking to build expertise in cyber recovery, disaster recovery, resiliency, and application recovery planning.
Required Experience:
• 2-5 years of experience in Disaster Recovery, Business Continuity, Cyber Recovery, Infrastructure Operations, Application Support, or Technology Risk.
• Experience supporting application recovery planning, resiliency testing, or recovery exercises.
• Basic understanding of backup, recovery, and infrastructure concepts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Onboard applications into the Cyber Recovery Testing Program.
• Gather application recovery requirements from technology and business partners.
• Coordinate completion of recovery plans and supporting documentation.
• Facilitate dependency mapping activities for applications and supporting services.
• Assist in identifying critical data assets and recovery requirements.
• Coordinate recovery testing schedules and support test execution activities.
• Track remediation items and program deliverables.
• Produce reporting and metrics for recovery readiness.
• Maintain program documentation, evidence, and testing artifacts.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of RTO, RPO, MTD, and recovery testing concepts.
• Experience working within financial services or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, CMDB, or resiliency tooling.

Job Description- Develops business continuity and disaster recovery plans; oversees testing, emergency response, and recovery. Provides insight on the selection of operating strategies for the continuation of the business within a recovery time objective.
- Leads business recovery, crisis management, emergency management, contingency planning and disaster-preparedness planning. Provides support and expertise during live events.
- Conducts, communicates, and maintains business continuity lifecycle planning and business impact analysis. Identifies and quantifies the potential impact of various disruptions and disaster scenarios.
- Participates in the preparation of reporting for the LOB committee/executive on the compliance of business continuity processes, readiness, events and exercise results. May partner with audit and government regulators on business continuity issues.
- Leads the development and enhancement of information on continuity processes, standards and initiatives. Provides support for the development and delivery of training on business continuity.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
