A real estate license is not required to sell businesses in Nebraska or Iowa. Licensed advisors may also earn commissions from related real estate transactions. It's a great path into commercial real estate for those who already have or may want to get a license.
You'll have the independence to build your own practice with support from an established brokerage network. Full-time preferred, but part-time options available. Set your own schedule, be your own boss.

You'll manage client relationships, buyer activity, negotiations, due diligence, and transaction coordination from listing through closing.
