Job Description

Join the National Sales Finance & Analytics team to support the Business Banking organization as they continue to expand across markets, client segments, and banker roles, increasing the need for scalable analytics to understand performance drivers and identify growth opportunities.

As a Senior Associate in the National Sales Finance & Analytics team, you will independently analyze banker productivity, client portfolios, and sales performance metrics by working directly with large, complex datasets. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming structured and unstructured data into clear, actionable insights that inform business planning, performance management, and resource allocation decisions. You will leverage tools such as SQL, Databricks, and Alteryx to build, automate, and maintain analytics that support ongoing business needs. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders, including Finance, Strategy, and Field Leadership, to deliver consistent metrics, support business reviews, and enhance data-driven decision-making across National Sales.

Job Responsibilities
  • Analyze banker productivity, client performance, and portfolio trends to support business insights
  • Write and optimize queries to extract and transform data from enterprise data platforms (e.g., SQL, Databricks)
  • Synthesize large, complex datasets into clear findings and recommendations for Finance and business stakeholders
  • Identify key drivers of performance across regions, roles, and client segments, and communicate insights effectively
  • Extract, transform, and analyze data using tools such as SQL, Databricks, and Alteryx
  • Develop and maintain datasets, data pipelines, and recurring analytics to support performance tracking
  • Support development and enhancement of dashboards and reporting to improve visibility into sales and client performance
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity through validation, reconciliation, and standardized processes
  • Partner with Finance, Strategy, and Field teams to support business reviews and ongoing performance management
  • Contribute to the definition and standardization of objectives and key results and other metrics
  • Identify opportunities to enhance analytics processes through automation and improved tooling


Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Business, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in analytics, financial analysis, business intelligence, or a related function
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to independently work with large datasets
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and working with large relational datasets
  • Experience with data platforms such as Databricks, Alteryx, or similar environments
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to synthesize data into actionable insights
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
