You will influence strategic direction and translate it into clear, practical, and achievable business solutions. You will actively contribute to simplifying complexity, structuring initiatives, and guiding decisions toward tangible results for the organization.

What you’ll accomplish with us

As a Business Architecture Advisor, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities:

  • Turn strategy into concrete action: Define the scope of initiatives, recommend appropriate business solutions, structure delivery through increments and priorities, and assess costs, benefits, and risks in collaboration with IT teams and partners.
  • Provide influential leadership: Act as the business line representative in major initiatives, challenge proposed approaches, influence decision-making, and build alignment among stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Simplify and clarify: Develop communications, models, and visual representations that make business issues and solutions understandable and actionable, enabling timely decision-making.
  • Ensure alignment and business value: Ensure that solutions are aligned with strategic objectives and identify concrete opportunities to optimize and simplify processes.
  • Anticipate and structure the future: Analyze roadmaps, identify business impacts and dependencies, and recommend realistic and coherent action plans.
  • Act as a cross-functional catalyst: Foster collaboration across teams, build bridges between areas of expertise, and maintain a holistic, results-oriented perspective.
  • Promote and influence the adoption of business solutions: Support partners and distribution networks through advisory and communication activities by making solutions understandable, relevant, and aligned with their operational realities.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and monitor industry trends: Maintain an active awareness of trends in the insurance and individual savings sectors and contribute to the development of team members by sharing best practices and market insights.
  • Contribute to the evolution of practices: Maintain and enhance business architecture frameworks and share your expertise to support the team’s development.

  • Excels at simplifying complex issues and developing clear, structured, and compelling communications.
  • Demonstrates excellent synthesis and communication skills, with the ability to adapt messages for both senior leadership and operational teams.
  • Is highly pragmatic and results-oriented, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty effectively, particularly in complex environments.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of autonomy and effectively uses their decision-making latitude to move initiatives forward.
  • Excels at building relationships and consensus while developing a strong network of partners.
  • Holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or an equivalent field.
  • Has a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including significant experience in business architecture or in analyzing complex issues within the insurance and individual savings sectors.
