Key Responsibilities

1. Discovery & Technical Advising
• Partner with the Business on discovery sessions to understand business objectives, pain points, and technical requirements.

• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance on platform best practices, architecture standards, and technology alignment.
2. Solution Design & Demonstrations
• Architect tailored Salesforce solutions that align with business strategy, functional needs, and enterprise architecture principles.
• Build, configure, and deliver engaging, purpose built demos and prototypes that illustrate solution value and feasibility.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for both technical and non technical audiences.
3. Product & Platform Expertise
• Act as an enterprise Salesforce subject matter expert, maintaining deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, AI tools, and extensibility options.
• Provide guidance on both declarative (click-based) and programmatic (Apex, Lightning Web Components, APIs) solution patterns.
• Stay informed about Salesforce releases, innovations, and industry trends to proactively recommend enhancements.

You will be successful in the role if you have the following:
• Extensive experience in Salesforce solution engineering, business architecture, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, capabilities, and configuration tools.
• Proven experience designing end to end solutions that integrate business processes, technology, and user experience.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate business problems into scalable, high impact technical solutions.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, System Architect, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, Platform App Builder).
• Experience with large scale enterprise environments, multi cloud implementations, or complex integration landscapes.
