Full Job Description
Business Application Analyst to help drive the implementation, optimization, and support of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across our organization. This an onsite role in our Fremont, CA facility.

This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in enterprise-wide ERP, CRM, and digital transformation projects while partnering with business leaders throughout the organization.

What You'll Do

As a Business Application Analyst, you will act as a functional expert and trusted advisor, helping translate business requirements into scalable solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsibilities include:

  • Serve as a functional subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSCM and CE.
  • Lead business process analysis and future-state process design initiatives.
  • Facilitate workshops and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed process maps, business requirements, and solution documentation.
  • Conduct gap analyses and recommend process improvements.
  • Support system testing, deployment activities, and user acceptance testing.
  • Deliver training and support change management initiatives.
  • Manage application security roles, access controls, and system governance.
  • Provide first- and second-level functional support and coordinate third-level support activities.
  • Develop insights and reporting using Power BI.
  • Collaborate with global teams, implementation partners, and business leaders.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related discipline.
  • 4-8 years of experience supporting Microsoft ERP solutions.
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (FSCM).
  • Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and Dual Write.
  • Experience gathering requirements, process mapping, and business analysis.
  • Strong Power BI experience.
  • Experience supporting UAT, system deployments, and process improvements.
  • Knowledge of integrations, data flows, security roles, and access management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Manufacturing environment experience.
  • Experience with Dynamics AX migrations or D365 implementations.
  • Microsoft Dynamics certifications.
  • Knowledge of Azure Service Bus, Power Platform, and DevOps.
  • Experience supporting global business operations.

Salary: $115,000-$135,000
