Full Job Description
Agile Decision Sciences, LLC, is seeking a Business and Financial Management Analyst to support the US Coast Guard BOD ALC (Aviation Logistics Center) and their mission of keeping aircraft maintained and serviced so those serving in the Coast Guard can keep our country safe. The Aviation Logistics Center's mission includes Depot Level Maintenance, Engineering, Supply, Procurement and Information Services.

Clearance: US Citizenship and Ability to Obtain EOD/Entry on Duty

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct organization studies, evaluations, and audits of systems and procedures for DCMS identifying efforts to improve quality and reduce waste to establish operations and procedure manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist in planning, directing, and coordinating a business management system that ensures regularly scheduled process review/audits are conducted, deficiency reports are issued to responsible parties, and corrective action plans are established and completed.
  • Formulate and apply project planning methodologies using project management software, reports, charts, data analysis, & workflow management to assist operations managers with daily scheduling, problem-solving, KPI development & resource allocation to meet product quality and on-time delivery.
  • Learn latest & advanced work planning and quality management methodologies, software, and programming used in Industry to provide recommendations for improvement to current models, forecasts, and tools.
  • Effectively communicate and interact with diverse operations managers to field questions, concerns, and problems to provide recommendations in developing courses of action, tools, reports, & stakeholder meetings.
  • Establish project timelines, monitor work completion, and provide assistance to junior Management Analyst to improve project management, breadth of analysis, and communication skills


Requirements:
  • Four (4) years current experience in Project Management, Planning, or related field and a BA/BS degree in any Management Related Field such as:
    • Project Management
    • Engineering Management
    • Business Management
    • Strategic Management
    • Operations Management
    • Information Systems Management
    • Or other related fields approved by the COR

OR
  • Six years current experience in Project Management, Planning, or related field with AA/AS or 8 years of experience in Project Management, Planning, or related field with high school diploma.
