What You Will Do:The Kahua Program Analyst will join a dynamic team supporting a global IT implementation at the Department of State. In this role, the candidate will work with stakeholders and Business Owners, provide functional expertise, and translate business requirements and needs to the program team. The individual will also be responsible for engaging with stakeholders, facilitating key meetings, and analyzing and documenting requirements.
Day to Day Responsibilities May Include:- Engaging with business owners and key stakeholders to identify and document business requirements and workflows
- Providing clear, routine, and effective communication between Product Delivery Team, Business Owners, and key stakeholders
- Providing technical documentation to capture system functionality and workflows
- Leading development of technical user manuals
- Conducting presentations and communicating product features to Product Delivery Team and Business Owners, and aiding in the coordination and communication of cross-team initiatives
- Performing dedicated issue/risk/change management and solutioning
- Conducting User Acceptance Testing and confirming alignment of solution with business requirements
- Overseeing product deployments according to deployment plan and roadmap, monitoring progress and addressing issues that arise
- Monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and providing ongoing support to users.
What You Will Need:- An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance
- Bachelor's Degree
- FIVE (5) or more years' experience supporting business process improvement activities
What Would Be Nice To Have:- Experience with the Department of State
- Experience with Kahua construction management software
- Understanding of Agile methodologies & frameworks (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Ability to convert business use cases into actionable tasks for technical teams
