Business Analytics & Reporting Architect II
Job Description:

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Manage end-to-end BI project lifecycles including requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation. Act as SME for business domains and data architecture.
  • Oversee complex and cross-domain projects, providing technical leadership in tool migrations, architectural modernization, and large scale automation.
  • Partner with senior business leaders to provide actionable insights on business performance, strategic initiatives, market intelligence & opportunities.
  • Drive BI and analytics vision & innovation in analytics tools or techniques that facilitate effective business decisions
  • Ensure high standards of data quality, consistency, governance, security, compliance.
  • Drive measurable business value from analytics by implementing ROI tracking, usage analytics, and feedback to improve adoption, user satisfaction and outcomes


What We Are Looking For:
  • Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience.
  • Expertise in business analytics, data architecture, and reporting, with the ability to translate complex business needs into scalable and intuitive analytics solutions.
  • Strong experience in process analytics and optimization, including process mining, KPI design, and driving measurable operational improvements through data.
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of influencing senior stakeholders, aligning analytics initiatives to business priorities and delivering actionable insights.
  • Hands-on experience with modern analytics ecosystems (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Azure, Databricks, or similar), and with an understanding of data modeling and governance.
  • Experience embedding analytics into business processes and identifying underlying business challenges
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, able to distill complex data into clear insights for executive audiences.
  • Mentoring and fostering a high-performing, collaborative analytics team.
  • Operating in ambiguity and leading through transformation, with a focus on outcomes, innovation, and continuous improvement.


Work Arrangement:
  • Hybrid: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday required office days for Panorama Office site; Monday, Friday-work from home.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$121,300.00 - $146,773.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
