See how your contributions will help transform vision into reality:The Market Intelligence and Advanced Analytics team is seeking an energetic candidate to support & grow data driven decision making at Mercury Marine at the company headquarters in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. This position requires curiosity, attention to detail, imagination, and excellent communication skills. The analyst will primarily support the Mercury Sales team by supporting Tableau dashboards, performing market analysis, developing and reporting on key KPIs, and communicating key insights to our stakeholders.

Essential Functions:
- Work closely with key business groups (Dealer, OEM, etc.) to discover and deliver key actionable insights
- Develop, maintain, and improve Tableau dashboards for Sales, Product, and Marketing teams
- Create, validate, and maintain Tableau data sources
- Collaborate with data warehouse team to bring new data sources online in SQL Server
- Develop innovative approaches to answering complex market questions
- Leverage sales analytics to identify strategic opportunities for growth
- Leverage KPIs for tracking goal progress related to strategic business planning
- Present crystalized analysis to senior sales leadership & key customers

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Data Science/Analytics, Statistics, or related field
- 3-5 years work experience (includes internships, excluding classwork)
- Direct experience with Tableau development including
- Tableau online / server
- Data source creation
- Parameter usage
- Level of detail calculations
- Row level security
- SQL proficiency including
- Table joins
- Subqueries
- Partitions / OLAP / window functions
- INSERT / UPDATE / DELETE
- Experience leveraging AI for development and/or delivering organizational insights
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strong MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree or higher

- Familiarity with analytical techniques such as:

The anticipated pay range for this position is
$73,600 - $106,200,annually. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus
