Position OverviewAs a Business Analytics Consultant Senior within PNC's Customer Data Forensics organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, or Tyson's Corner, VA.
The position serves as a critical liaison to Enterprise Customer Data stakeholders. These include Office of the Customer, Retail and Commercial Lines of Business, Fraud, AML, Regulatory divisions, and technology teams. This role translates business needs into system and data requirements, ensuring that technology solutions support PNC's Enterprise Complaint Program and maintain enterprise customer data quality. Responsibilities include analyzing business processes, documenting functional and non functional requirements, conducting root cause analysis, and supporting the delivery of high quality, compliant business solutions.
Business & Requirements Analysis:
• Partner with business stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and pain points
• Elicit, analyze, validate, and document business data requirements (functional and non functional)
• Translate business needs into clear requirements artifacts such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, use cases, process flows, and data mappings
• Ensure requirements align with enterprise standards, data governance, and regulatory expectations
Systems & Process Support:
• Collaborate with solution architects and developers to support system design and solution options
• Support system integrations, data flows, and dependency mapping across applications
• Participate in impact analysis for system changes and enhancements
Delivery & Testing:
• Support Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies
• Assist in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization of requirements
• Develop and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) plans; support defect triage and resolution
• Ensure delivered solutions meet documented requirements and business expectations
Stakeholder & Governance Engagement:
• Serve as a trusted advisor to business partners and technology teams
• Communicate status, risks, and issues clearly to stakeholders and leadership
• Support governance, audit, and compliance activities as required
• Maintain high quality documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Job Description- Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions.
- Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
- Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
- Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solutions for business leadership to enable data driven decision making.
- Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.

Pay TransparencyBase Salary: $75,000.00 - $137,500.00
Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
