As a Business Analytics Consultant Senior within PNC's Commercial Credit Analytics organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.

Job Overview

PNC is seeking a Business Analytics Consultant Senior to join the Commercial Credit Analytics team within Data, Modeling & Analytics organization. In this role, you will help implement, enhance and support PNC’s wholesale PD/LGD models and other commercial lending functionalities on the Risk Rating Platform (RRP), partnering with stakeholders across the organization to deliver solutions that support sound risk management and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to key deliverables across the full project lifecycle, from planning through implementation.
• Partner with business and technical teams to define process flows, use cases, and requirements.
• Participate in collaborative sessions to gather, refine, and document requirements.
• Help ensure solutions align with approved business and functional requirements.
• Support testing efforts to help deliver high-quality, reliable solutions.
• Analyze data and create reports and visualizations that turn information into actionable insights.
• Contribute to a variety of ad hoc analyses and special projects to support business objectives.
• Provide general support to business partners and platform users.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

Required Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree required.

Job Description
  • Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions.
  • Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
  • Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
  • Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solutions for business leadership to enable data driven decision making.
  • Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
