As an Advisor, Business Analytics, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner who transforms complex data into actionable business insights. What You'll DoDrive Strategic Analytics Partnerships- Partner with business leaders to understand strategic priorities, identify opportunities, and align analytics initiatives to organizational goals.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in business analytics, data analytics, consulting, strategy, or a related analytical discipline.
- Demonstrated experience solving complex business problems through data analysis and evidence-based recommendations.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect analytical findings to strategic and operational outcomes.
- Experience partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to influence decisions and drive business results.
- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
- Experience working with analytical and reporting tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, Python, R, Databricks, or similar technologies.
- Proven ability to lead initiatives independently while collaborating effectively across matrixed teams.
Preferred Qualifications- Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Public Health, MBA, or a related field.
- Experience within healthcare, health services, payer, PBM, or regulated industries.
- Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning, experimentation, or advanced statistical modeling.
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics platforms and modern data ecosystems.
- Experience developing scalable analytics frameworks, products, or operationalized analytics solutions.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional strategic initiatives with measurable business impact.
