Business Analyst with Salesforce experience.
• Must have salesforce crm implementation experience
• Experience in wealth management strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of financial service cloud and marketing cloud required
• Must have experience in an agile environment as well as agile.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience writing functional and non-function documents, process flows
• Must have collaborated with QA/UAT/DEV/PM to support project function
• Should be able to support weekend deployments as needed.
• 7-10 years of experience
