Full Job Description
Wedgewood Pharmacy is hiring a Business Analyst to support our Transformation Office and help drive our Value Creation Plan. You'll turn that analysis into the reporting and governance support that keeps leadership aligned on what's working and what needs attention. If you want a front-row seat to how a company actually gets run, and you're the kind of person who digs into a problem instead of waiting to be told the answer, this is the seat. **The Basics** **Location:** Portland, ME or Swedesboro, NJ **Job Type: **Full-time **Schedule:** Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM **Compensation:** The target salary range for this position is $95K-$110K salary, commensurate with the individual's experience and qualifications. **Benefits:** Eligible **How You'll Make an Impact** **Performance Management & Reporting** - Owns enterprise KPI reporting, including data integrity, reporting cycles, and version control. - Analyzes performance trends and proactively identifies emerging risks and opportunities. - Produces executive-, Board-, and investor-ready reporting and insights. - Develops performance diagnostics and early warning indicators to support leadership decision-making. **Strategic Analysis & Communications** - Translates complex data and stakeholder inputs into clear, executive-ready materials and recommendations. - Supports transformation communications and updates to leadership and the broader organization. - Partners with Finance and Transformation Office leadership to connect initiative progress, KPI performance, and business outcomes. - Provides analytical support for strategic priorities, deep dives, and special projects. **Transformation Governance & Execution** - Develops weekly ELT materials and supports monthly SLT, Board, and other transformation governance forums. - Tracks action items, decisions, and commitments across transformation workstreams, ensuring timely follow-through. - Compiles, validates, and synthesizes initiative updates from business leaders and initiative owners. - Identifies execution risks, reporting gaps, and inconsistencies requiring leadership attention. - Maintains governance processes, trackers, and reporting mechanisms that support execution discipline. **Qualifications:** - 2+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, transformation, FP&A, business analytics, or a similarly analytical role. - Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar analytics tools preferred. - Demonstrated ability to convert fragmented and ambiguous inputs into clear, actionable insights. - Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, audit-ready outputs. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities while driving follow-through. - Comfortable working directly with senior leaders and supporting executive decision-making. **Required Education and/or Experience: ** Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field; approximately 2 years of experience in management consulting or a comparable client- or stakeholder-facing analytical role, with strong data and Excel skills.
