  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, and Product to support informed decisions, providing analysis on customer impact, technical feasibility, cost, and speed to market
  • Support end-to-end delivery of initiatives, from concept through launch and iteration, ensuring requirements remain accurate and actionable at every stage
  • Maintain and refine backlogs, support sprint planning, and assist prioritization using Agile methodologies in JIRA
  • Validate that delivered features and enhancements meet documented requirements and acceptance criteria across internal tools and platforms

Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
  • Act as a key liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, translating needs into clear, actionable requirements and process documentation
  • Support alignment across cross-functional partners (Engineering, Design, Marketing, CX, Enablement) by surfacing tradeoffs, dependencies, and impacts

What you'll bring
  • 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, project coordinator / manager, product owner or related roles
  • Utilization of AI tools to streamline process, build requirements documentation, and drive efficiencies

  • Proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and support delivery of complex initiatives
  • Experience working in Agile environments (Jira or similar tools)
  • Excellent communication, writing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor's Degree. A technical discipline (engineering or science) is a plus
