OverviewHighlight is seeking a Business Analyst/Scrum master to join our new team supporting a federal customer. This person will contribute to the successful development and delivery of a .NET web application with a specific focus on Intelligent Transportation. This role will leverage Agile principles, serving as a bridge between the development team and stakeholders to translate user needs and functional requirements into actionable development tasks.
Responsibilities - Facilitating and leading Agile ceremonies; promote and uphold Agile principles and practices
- Remove impediments and obstacles from the project
- Elicit, document, and validate user stories, requirements, and use cases to understand the needs of ITS JPO stakeholders
- Translate business and user needs into actionable tasks for the development team, ensuring a clear understanding of project goals
- Collaborate closely with product owners, subject matter experts, and developers to ensure effective and efficient development processes
Qualifications- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Business Management
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification with at least 3-year experience in application
- Expertise in Scrum methodologies, business analysis, and a deep understanding of Intelligent Transportation systems
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst in .NET web application development projects
- Proven experience with federal agency EPMO practices.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Ability to obtain/maintain public trust
