Our team focuses on improving how data is managed and used, while identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and insights through digital and AI capabilities.

In this role you will work at the intersection of private markets and technology, helping translate business needs into digital solutions. You will partner with business, data and engineering teams to gather requirements, define features and support delivery from discovery through launch. You will have the opportunity to improve processes, support AI initiatives and drive data-informed decisions that create value for investment teams.
Salary range for this position: $145,000-$165,000 per year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. - 3+ years' of experience as a Business Analyst, Associate Product Manager or similar role within financial services, ideally in private markets.
- Experience gathering requirements, creating functional specifications or user stories, and supporting delivery through to implementation.
- Experience working within Agile or product delivery environments, including backlog management, sprint planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships, align priorities and manage risks across business and technology teams.
- Strong communication and analytical skills, with the ability to translate between technical and business audiences and use data to support decision-making.
