Position Title: Business Analyst, Pricing Data

Location: Peachtree Corners, GA (Hybrid)

Siemens Smart Infrastructures (SI) looking for a Business Intelligence Professional/Business Analyst for their Peachtree Corners, Georgia location. If you are a change agent that challenges the status quo and can influence internal organizations to adopt needed changes, this is the career for you. As a Business Intelligence Professional, you will be part of the Strategic Pricing team, reporting to the Business Process and Analytics Manager and will shape the technological solutions that drive strategic pricing initiatives across SI. This is not a traditional IT role-you will be embedded in a core business function, helping to understand business processes and drive digitalization initiatives that deliver measurable business value.

You will make an impact with the following responsibilities:
  • Develop, deploy, and manage strategic pricing reporting and analytics to drive behavior and decisions based on data.
  • Leverage AI and process automation technologies to enhance analytics and reporting platform capabilities, driving improved data insights, operational efficiency, and decision-making across the organization.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze existing workflows and propose digital enhancements to create actional outcomes.
  • Drive an innovative approach and initiate activities to benchmark and evaluate opportunities to improve business operational performance for all users and use cases, using digital technology and reporting within the Strategic Pricing team.
  • Change Management & Adoption: Project manage digital solution implementation & migrations, drive adoption of new tools, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with the IT teams to translate business requirements into IT user stories, technology roadmaps, IT sprint commitments, test delivered product to original requirements.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance or Accounting.
  • 2 plus years of industry of relevant experience delivering digital solutions to business stakeholders; advanced degree MAY be substituted for experience, where applicable.
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and general computer skills.
  • Proficiency with low-code digital tools: Tableau; Knime or Mendix
  • Must be eligible to work in the US with no sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • MBA
  • Knowledgeable with ERP Systems (SAP), CPQ (COMPAS), and Salesforce (SiePrice).
  • Project & Program Management: Skilled in Agile execution frameworks and multiple stakeholder coordination.
  • Analytically driven, process and detail oriented while utilizing an agile mindset for innovations to support business partners in a strategic way.
  • Proficient with utilizing substantial amounts of data and converting into meaningful actions/results.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present to a wide spectrum of audience.
  • Process Mapping - Visually describe using flowcharts the detailed flow of a process.
  • Ability to understand business strategies, needs and requirements, and to translate those concepts into actionable information spaces.
  • High energy, positive, proactive, and collaborative work style. Ability to see tasks through to 100% completion.

The pay range for this position is $61,547- $105,509. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
