Microsoft Viva products (Viva Insights, Viva Glint, Viva Pulse, Viva Engage, etc.) are currently being used, document business processes and use cases, identify gaps and improvement opportunities, and recommend scalable solutions
leveraging Microsoft Viva, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and the wider Microsoft ecosystem.The successful candidate will help streamline and automate the generation of colleague insights, ensuring business users receive meaningful, actionable, and timely intelligence to support decision-making.
Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders across HR, Operations, Technology, and Business Functions to understand existing colleague insight requirements and processes.
Assess the current usage, maturity, and effectiveness of Microsoft Viva products, including Viva Insights, Viva Glint, Viva Pulse, and related solutions.Discover and document existing business use cases, reporting requirements, metrics, dashboards, and insight-generation processes.
Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, streamline, and automate colleague insight generation.
Analyse current manual processes and recommend automation opportunities using Microsoft Viva, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and Microsoft 365 capabilities.Gather, document, and manage business, functional, and reporting requirements.
Define future-state processes and operating models for employee and organizational insights.
Work closely with technology and data teams to design scalable insight and analytics solutions.
Translate business requirements into actionable user stories, process maps, and solution requirements.
Support dashboard design, KPI definition, and insight visualization initiatives.
Recommend best practices for employee experience analytics, engagement measurement, productivity insights, and organizational effectiveness.
Drive stakeholder workshops and facilitate discussions to align business objectives with technology capabilities.
Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Business Analyst within large enterprise environments.
Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
Experience assessing business processes and identifying automation opportunities.
Ability to translate business needs into analytics, reporting, and technology solutions.
Experience working with data, insights, dashboards, and reporting platforms.
Strong documentation skills including process mapping, business requirements, and user stories.
Excellent communication and workshop facilitation skills.
Preferred ExperienceExperience with Microsoft Viva Insights.Knowledge of Viva Glint, Viva Pulse, Viva Engage, and broader Microsoft Viva capabilities.Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and workplace analytics solutions.
Background in employee experience, people analytics, workforce analytics, or organizational effectiveness.
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 data and collaboration platforms.
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $106230 to $145000
