Salary & Benefits Information

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000. Individual compensation packages are based on a variety of factors unique to each candidate including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons.

This position serves as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, identifying business needs, analyzing processes, and translating requirements into solutions that drive operational efficiency and business value. The BA gathers, documents, and validates requirements, facilitates stakeholder collaboration, and supports the successful implementation of business and technology initiatives.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Business Requirements & Analysis
  • Gather, document, and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
  • Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and process reviews to identify business needs and opportunities.
  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows to recommend improvements.
  • Create business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, process maps, and use cases.
  • Ensure requirements are clearly defined, traceable, and aligned with business objectives.
  • Solution Development & Implementation
  • Support solution design by validating requirements and recommending process improvements.
  • Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect resolution activities.
  • Assist with change management, training, and deployment activities.
  • Monitor implemented solutions to ensure expected business outcomes are achieved.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities.
  • Develop documents, reports, dashboards, and business insights to support decision-making.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
  • Process Improvement
  • Evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile practices.
  • Recommend best practices to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as required.


ESSENTIAL RQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
