  • Performance Metrics: Create metrics, examine data, and interpret findings to extract insights that reveal areas for operational improvement.

Technical Systems & Data Integrity
  • Data Stewardship: Improve data storage practices to optimize the extraction, analysis, and delivery of content.
  • Data Maintenance: Handle data collection, document queries, and audit/clean data to ensure high integrity.
  • Infrastructure Validation: Setup and validate that infrastructure complies with established processes and guidelines.
  • System Administration: Support recurring efforts such as school year rollouts, SIS upgrades, and platform updates.

Stakeholder Engagement & Delivery
  • Discovery & Intake: Serve as the initial point of contact for intake requests and conduct comprehensive business discovery.
  • Requirements Translation: Document and translate business needs into features, stories, and tasks for cross-functional teams.
  • Agile Collaboration: Participate in agile-based solution implementations as part of cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Maintain proactive communication with key internal and external stakeholders through dashboards and visualizations.
  • Mentorship: Work closely with functional experts and provide mentorship to catalyze collaboration across teams.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (KSAs)
  • IT Foundations: Basic knowledge of web applications, SaaS platforms, and a baseline understanding of software features/functionality.
  • Documentation Tools: Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools for user stories and task tracking.

  • Analytical Thinking: Skill in analytical thinking to assess IT processes and propose technical or structural improvements.
