Job Purpose

The Business Analyst partners with business and technology stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business needs, ensuring the delivery of effective, compliant, and scalable system solutions. This role focuses on translating business requirements into clear functional specifications while supporting process improvement initiatives and system enhancements that align with Guardian's enterprise objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements that support strategic and operational goals.
  • Contribute to the design and improvement of business processes and procedures to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and user experience.
  • Business and functional requirements documents
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive requirements and analysis artifacts, including:
    • Process flows and workflow diagrams
    • Use cases, business rules, and supporting specifications
    • System access matrices, configuration documentation, and setup data
  • Support solution delivery by defining test scope, developing test scenarios, and participating in system and user acceptance testing.
  • Serve as a liaison between business partners and technology teams to ensure shared understanding of business processes, priorities, and requirements.
  • Participate in reviews of team deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to Guardian documentation standards.
  • Communicate analysis findings and recommendations through clear, concise presentations and decision-support materials.
  • Work independently on moderately complex initiatives and contribute to or lead defined components of larger or more complex projects.

Salary Range:

$68,970.00 - $113,310.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
