Job DescriptionThis is a lead analyst position. The associate will develop expertise and often will manage corporate retail programs and/or projects. They will be able to extract data and either direct or create an analysis of the data. This position will often be the main point of contact to vendors, stores, and HQ personnel.

Technical (Preferred/Required Skills/Systems):- Retail Operations Experience Required: Demonstrated experience in retail operations with a strong understanding of store-level processes, merchandising, inventory management, customer service, compliance requirements, and key business performance metrics.
- Project Management Experience Required: Proven experience within cross-functional projects from initiation through implementation, including scope development, stakeholder management, process improvement, risk mitigation, and results measurement.
- Business Acumen: Ability to evaluate operational challenges and opportunities from both a retail and business perspective, balancing customer experience, associate workload, compliance requirements, and financial performance.
- Continuous Improvement Mindset: Experience identifying inefficiencies, developing process improvements, and implementing sustainable solutions that drive operational excellence across multiple locations or business functions.
- Store Operations Knowledge: Strong understanding of how retail stores operate day-to-day, including the impact of corporate initiatives, training, communications, technology, and operational processes on store execution and performance
Job QualificationsFive years of experience in retail operations/management, inventory management, procurement and/or developing business policies, programs and strategies.
Or
Bachelor's degree and three years of experience in retail operations/management, inventory management, procurement and/or developing business policies, programs and strategies.
