Key Responsibilities - Healthcare Domain Expertise: pply deep knowledge of healthcare processes, compliance, and IT systems to projects.
- User Story Development: Write clear, detailed, and actionable user stories that drive successful delivery.
- Multi-Project Coordination: Manage and prioritize requirements across multiple healthcare projects simultaneously.
- Stakeholder Communication: ct as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
- Functional to Technical Translation: Convert business and functional requirements into technical specifications for development teams.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, QA, and healthcare SMEs to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps, propose enhancements, and support process optimization in healthcare workflows.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Information Systems, or related field.
- Ideally experience as a Business Analyst in the Healthcare domain.
- Skills working with Voice Agents and AI projects
- Strong track record of coordinating multiple projects and managing competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Demonstrated expertise in writing high-quality user stories and functional specifications.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Preferred Skills - Experience with healthcare IT systems (EHR/EMR, claims processing, HL7, HIPAA compliance).
