Business Analyst
What does a successful Business Analyst do at Fiserv?
A Business Analyst is a subject matter expert that has a deep understanding of the needs and requirements of the Premier Banking Core client base with a passion to deliver solutions. You would be responsible for helping guide the development team on new features and defects making sure that we have met our clients’ expectations.
What you will do:
Partner with Product Management to understand the feature requirements, product vision, product strategy, related roadmap, and help to set key business objectives for the product.
Analyze and interpret requirements and impacts using information provided in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
What you will need to have:
6+ years of Premier core banking related experience.
Proficient in various tools such as JIRA, Tableau, Confluence, Clarity and MS Office tools.
Strong investigative, analytical, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Experience with technology and ability to facilitate communication between business, customers, and technology teams.
Demonstrated experience with facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
What would be great to have:
In-depth knowledge of application development technologies, tools, and methodologies that supports complex or strategically important processes, products and projects while working on complex systems and project issues.

How you will work:
This role is on-site Monday through Friday in Lincoln, NE. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding experience and leads to stronger productivity.
This is a full-time, direct-hire position, and no contract options for unsolicited agency submissions will be considered.
