Full Job Description
We are looking for a Business Analyst - EV Charging in Atlanta, GA.

This role sits at the intersection of strategy, marketing, and product, translating complex market and performance data into clear, actionable insights. The Business Analyst supports strategic growth decisions by identifying trends, assessing opportunities, and building reporting frameworks that enable data-driven growth across the EV charging business.

You'll make a difference by:
  • Conducting market research and competitive intelligence to assess industry trends, competitors, pricing, partnerships, and regulatory or political landscapes
  • Translating internal and external data into actionable insights that inform strategic priorities, market entry decisions, and resource allocation
  • Establishing and reporting frameworks to improve measurement and visibility optimizing targeting, spend, and messaging
  • Building and maintaining dashboards and reports to track marketing performance, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness
  • Supporting CRM and pipeline analytics by analyzing lead quality, conversion trends, and pipeline health in Salesforce and related systems
  • Synthesizing complex or incomplete data into clear narratives and recommendations for cross-functional stakeholders
  • Partnering with strategy, marketing, product, and commercial teams to support planning, reviews, and executive presentations

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience with the following:
    • Market research, market or business analytics, or data analysis in a business environment
    • Advanced Excel or Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
    • Translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences
    • Building dashboards, reports, and performance metrics
    • Managing multiple projects independently in fast-paced or ambiguous environments
    • Demonstrated ability to initiate, structure, and execute projects without step-by-step direction from leadership
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Industry experience in EV charging, energy, automotive, sustainability, manufacturing, or related sectors
  • Experience using AI tools for research, analysis, or productivity support
  • Experience supporting strategy, marketing, product, or commercial teams in a B2B environment
  • Familiarity with SQL, automation tools, or advanced analytics techniques
  • Experience with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Eloqua, or similar tools

The pay range for this position is 74,970 - 128,520 annually with a target incentive of 10% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
