Full Job Description
Position Summary:

This role is responsible for day-to-day support and administration of SAP modules, ancillary systems and data elements used by Supply Chain (SC) to support the source to receipt end-to-end process. The Business Process support team works with IT personnel and application users to resolve day-to-day system problems, analyze and test system enhancements, and represent Supply Chain on cross-business project teams requesting changes that affect SC's SAP modules or ancillary systems. This team supports Supply Chain functions within the following SAP modules and systems: SAP S4 Hana (E4P), SAP MDG, Ariba Sourcing, Ariba Catalogs, Ariba Business Network/Commerce Automation and Contracts Lifecycle Management (CLM)- Sirion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provides day-to-day system administration support for Supply Chain systems, including troubleshooting issues
  • Conducts thorough analysis of existing processes and systems to identify areas for improvements
  • Collects and analyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions
  • Works closely with cross-functional teams to design and propose effective and efficient solutions
  • Provides input and conducts testing for the development and implementation of new systems or process enhancements
  • Ensures business needs are clearly communicated and understood by all stakeholders
  • Ensures implemented solutions meet business requirements and quality standards
  • Monitors industry trends and best practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Serves as business liaison for internal and external audits


Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business, Accounting or another related technical discipline highly preferred.
  • Two (2) or more years of related experience required; experience in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business, Accounting or another related technical discipline highly preferred.
  • Experience with using SAP modules and systems preferred.
