We are seeking a
mid-level ITS Business Analyst to support vendor-led technology projects and internal application initiatives. The BA will work closely with business stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to gather requirements, coordinate testing, support implementations, and resolve production issues.
Key Responsibilities- Lead requirements gathering, discovery sessions, and business workshops.
- Translate business needs into BRDs, User Stories, Use Cases, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Partner with vendors and IT teams on scope, dependencies, assumptions, and change requests.
- Support communication and training plans for system releases and changes.
- Coordinate UAT, test scripts, feedback, and defect tracking.
- Gather requirements for application enhancements and internal projects.
- Provide production support, including issue triage, defect reproduction, and detailed bug documentation.
- Act as a liaison between business users, vendors, developers, and IT teams.
Qualifications- 5+ years of experience as an IT/ITS Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, communication, UAT, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with vendors and cross-functional IT/business teams.
