What You'll Accomplish With UsAs a Business Analyst, Data Management, you will be at the core of our mission. Key responsibilities include:
- Join large-scale transformation projects and collaborate with various stakeholders while considering the interdependencies between initiatives.
- Partner with business stakeholders to clarify their needs and recommend solutions that support growth, efficiency, client experience, advisor experience, and employee experience objectives.
- Provide leadership in facilitating workshops with stakeholders from an innovation, optimization, and performance perspective.
- Conduct documented, data-driven analyses, participate in business process modeling, assess impacts of changes, and contribute to the development of optimized solutions.
- Define business needs and requirements, contribute to the product backlog, translate business rules for technology teams, participate in testing strategies and user acceptance testing (UAT), and support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Has between 5 and 10 years of experience in business analysis, particularly in transformation, data integration, and business process optimization environments.
- Has an advanced level of proficiency in French and an intermediate level in English, as the role requires daily communication through emails and meetings with English-speaking business partners.
