Job Overview

This is a full-time position based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analysing our business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency and support our company's growth. We are offering a competitive hourly rate of $35.00 - $55.00 USD.

Responsibilities

* Analyse and document current business processes across various departments, including sales, project management, and customer service.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and formalise business requirements for new projects and system enhancements.
* Translate business needs into clear and concise functional specifications for technical teams.
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to management.
* Identify and evaluate opportunities for process optimisation, automation, and operational improvements within the construction and roofing workflow.
* Facilitate workshops and meetings with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
* Support the implementation of new business systems and processes, including user acceptance testing and training.
* Conduct data analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.

Qualifications

* Proven experience working as a Business Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
