Salesforce Business AnalystBuild Salesforce Solutions That Solve Real Business Challenges
We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to partner with customers and technical teams to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions. This role combines business analysis, hands-on Salesforce configuration, requirements gathering, and implementation support from discovery through go-live.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to define requirements, manage user stories, configure solutions, and help customers successfully adopt Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and project teams to understand business processes, goals, challenges, and functional requirements.
• Translate business requirements into user stories, tasks, process flows, and prioritized product backlog items.
• Configure Salesforce and AppExchange solutions to support business requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams to test and validate solutions.
• Participate in requirements sessions, workshops, system demonstrations, UAT, and end-user training.
• Manage assigned deliverables and timelines to support successful project completion.
• Support Salesforce data management and related implementation activities.
• Conduct end-user training to improve Salesforce adoption and engagement.
• Partner with project stakeholders to prepare for go-live and provide post-production support.
• Analyze business challenges and recommend practical, creative solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience configuring Salesforce and supporting Salesforce implementations.
• Experience writing user stories and managing and prioritizing product backlogs.
• Strong data management skills.
• Demonstrated ability to understand and clearly communicate complex business requirements.
• Experience driving assigned projects or deliverables through completion.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer service, and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, developers, QA teams, and external consultants in an Agile environment.
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of relevant technical certification and 1-2 years of analytical experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Additional Salesforce certifications.
• Experience with AppExchange products.
• Experience coordinating with external consultants or implementation partners.
• Broader experience supporting Salesforce projects through UAT, training, go-live, and post-production support.
