Full Job Description
Blue Sky is seeking a Business Analyst to support a strategic NIH technology management and advisory contract focused on improving IT governance, enterprise planning, modernization, project and portfolio performance, scientific solution delivery, and executive decision support. The role supports NIH IT modernization, business analysis, stakeholder coordination, requirements management, knowledge management, governance, and strategic technology initiatives, including requirements discovery, stakeholder engagement, customer inquiry management, process documentation, knowledge management, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Government customers, technical teams, and stakeholders to identify and document needs.

Required Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
  • Federal IT or health IT experience.
  • NIH, HHS, or health sciences background.
  • Experience with Agile requirements, Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, SharePoint, Visio, Miro, Lucidchart, or BPMN.
  • Experience supporting data science, research, grants, clinical, public health, or scientific technology initiatives.
  • CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, CSM, ITIL, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
