Role description

Partner with business stakeholders to understand, analyze, and document business requirements.

Conduct requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and process analysis sessions.

Translate business needs into clear functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.

Analyze existing retail processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and operational improvement.

Support business transformation initiatives across retail operations, merchandising, inventory management, supply chain, eCommerce, and customer experience.

Work closely with technology teams to ensure proposed solutions meet business requirements and objectives.

Facilitate discussions between business and technical teams, acting as a liaison throughout the project lifecycle.

Support solution design, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities.

Monitor project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and provide recommendations to stakeholders.

Analyze business data and generate insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and stakeholder reviews.

Ensure proper documentation of requirements, business processes, and project deliverables.Drive stakeholder engagement and change management activities to support successful adoption of new solutions.
