This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and facilitating stakeholder discussions to develop actionable solutions.
Responsibilities:- Analyze business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and facilitate stakeholder discussions to develop actionable solutions.
- Gather and document requirements, and develop process flow diagrams, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Support Agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
- Conduct process reengineering, organizational impact assessments, and alternative analyses.
- Translate complex technical concepts into business solutions and serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
- Support technology assessments, user acceptance testing, and operational readiness activities.
Required Skills/Experience:- Minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Business Analyst
- At least 1 year of experience supporting federal programs in areas such as process optimization, requirements analysis, and system integration, with a focus on immigration.
- Expertise in requirements gathering, process mapping, and workflow optimization.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, testing, and system deployment.
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business solutions.
Required Education:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
Salary and Benefit Information:The likely salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position and could fall outside of this range.
