Key Responsibilities:- Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements to support the design and delivery of effective solutions

- Helps define current-state and future-state processes, identifies gaps or inefficiencies, and recommends improvements that enhance user experience and operational performance
- Works collaboratively within Agile or traditional delivery frameworks and contributes to planning, reviews, and feedback cycles
- Maintains strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure transparency, alignment, and clarity throughout the project lifecycle
