Full Job Description
Texas Health and Human Services Commission requires the services of 1 Business Analyst 3, hereafter referred to as Candidate(s), who meets the general qualifications of Business Analyst 3, Applications/Software Development and the specifications outlined in this document for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission.
Required (8+ years of experience):
  • Knowledge of and ability to interpret Texas Vital Statistics laws, policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio).
  • Skill in project planning and organization.
  • Skill in business analysis methodologies.
  • Skill in analyzing and evaluating complex information technology applications, policies, and issues.
  • Skill in developing creative and workable solutions to complex problems and issues.
  • Skill in communicating effectively, both verbally and in writing, with individuals and groups.
  • Skill in using initiative and independent judgment, managing time effectively, establishing priorities, organizing tasks, and assigning and directing the work of others.
