Join our Business Management Office team as a strategic, execution-focused Business Operations Manager- Vice President who aligns cross-functional teams, drives high-impact initiatives, and fosters a culture of excellence and collaboration. Trusted by senior leaders across Product, Technology, and Strategy, you will deliver executive-ready communications and data-driven insights while owning core operational programs spanning budgeting, spend and headcount management, vendor coordination, onboarding, engagement, and offsite planning.

Job summary

As a Business Operations Manager- Vice President in the Business Management Office team, you will serve as a strategic advisor to the Head of Product, Head of Technology, and Head of strategysupporting timely data analysis, reporting, and executive-ready materials. You will play a pivotal role in aligning cross-functional teams, managing key initiatives, standardizing business routines, and fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

Job responsibilities

  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations, reports, and town hall content that clearly communicate priorities, progress, and outcomes.
  • Define and execute communication strategies (narratives, cadence, and templates) to share updates with senior leadership and the broader organization.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of complex datasets to identify trends, surface insights, and recommend solutions with broad functional impact.
  • Maintain and update headcount trackers, span-of-control reporting, and hiring plan status.
  • Track technology spend and reconcile against budget in partnership with Finance and Technology stakeholders.
  • Support vendor lifecycle activities by monitoring MSA/SOW status, tracking resource usage, and coordinating value confirmations.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics to ensure smooth employee transitions.
  • Lead the employee experience and engagement programs.
  • Support platform cost allocation tracking and audit documentation, ensuring accurate and timely inputs.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Qualified with a Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field.
  • Experienced with 5+ years of relevant work in analytics, strategy, business management, project/program management, and/or operations leadership.
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel (analysis, pivot tables, reporting) and PowerPoint (executive-level presentations).
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication, producing clear, concise, professional materials for senior leaders.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Independent in prioritizing effectively and managing multiple deliverables under tight deadlines.
  • Collaborative with a track record of building strong relationships across teams and stakeholders.
