Position Overview

As a Business Analysis Advisor within PNC's Retail Bank Operations organization, you will be based in a preferred PNC location.

This is an in office position 8:00-5:00pm EST

The scope of Retail Bank Operations is impressively broad and encompasses a wide range of critical functions. These include managing the cash needs for our branch and ATM networks, printing and mailing important bank documents, and handling both inbound and outbound collections for home lending, automobile, and card services. Additionally, Retail Bank Operations focuses on loan mitigation and investor operations, developing process improvement and automation opportunities, overseeing the daily processing of cash and check deposits, bill payments, and executes strategic quality management functions.

Responsibilities

Audit & Risk Management
• Support CTR (44L) audits as needed.
• Perform Archer control testing activities, including:
- Providing audit evidence.
- Demonstrating processes and controls.
• Manage weekly OIM Disconnected Remediation activities.
• Develop and maintain automated control documentation.
• Support Quarterly Audit Reviews by:
- Providing requested evidence.
- Requesting, reviewing, and validating Quarterly Back Office reports.

Access Management & Governance
• Review and monitor Daily Access Reports.
• Manage Missing Transaction Reports for Back Office operations.
• Perform Weekly Access Report reviews and dual-control validations.
• Review:
- Job Lists.
- Cash Box Reports.
• Troubleshoot access-related issues.
• Escalate 44L-related items to Government Reporting as needed.
• Administer and maintain OIM access for:
- Back Office.
- Wealth Management.
- Video Banking.
• Manage SharePoint access for Teller Support.
• Provision, maintain, research, and troubleshoot Teller Support system access.
• Review Teller Level 1 system access.
• Maintain employee and HR distribution lists.

Communications & Procedure Management
• Develop and distribute operational announcements.
• Create, maintain, and update procedures.
• Complete annual procedure reviews.
• Publish release communications and procedural updates.
• Support project-related communications and documentation.
• Create Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) and job aids.
• Address and remediate procedure feedback.
• Review Knowledge Base (KB) articles for accuracy and relevance.
• Develop and maintain teller scripts.

Training Support
• Create simulation storyboards and screenshots.
• Review training materials for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate updates with Training teams.
• Partner with Training teams to support new initiatives and system enhancements.

Release & Validation Activities
• Maintain required system access for testing and validation.
• Coordinate additional communications for GFB initiatives.
• Notify impacted branches of releases and changes.
• Develop and deliver Back Office presentations.

Testing & Quality Assurance
• Create and document business requirements.
• Manage defect tracking and bug resolution activities.
• Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Participate in team meetings and project discussions.

Project Support
• Participate in project meetings and working sessions.
• Provide Bridgeline support and coordination for initiatives.

Team Operations & Knowledge Management
• Develop and maintain internal procedures within:
- Wiki platforms.
- EDGE procedures.
• Manage team SharePoint sites and content.
• Create and maintain internal training materials.
• Develop presentations and communication materials for team meetings.

Operational Support
• Provide support to internal and external business partners by answering operational and
system-related questions.
• Participate in recurring operational meetings.
• Support Back Office transaction processing and issue resolution.
• Assist with Back Office branch setup and training activities.

Reporting & Data Analysis
• Produce Identification Totals reporting.
• Maintain and report Teller Issue Logs.
• Convert text-based files into Excel reports for analysis and distribution.
• Analyze operational data and create reporting solutions to support business needs.

Job Description
  • Directs the research, discovery, collection and interpretation of business requirements. Participates in the development and review of complex processes and procedures, workflow analytics and reporting. May provide senior level consultation and communicates with clients and technology teams on business designs, problem solving and business analysis to support project goals and objectives.
  • Consults and recommends the frameworks, methodologies and processes involved in business requirements traceability for business analysis teams. Independently mentors, leads, and coaches other associates to affect knowledge transfer. Oversees the development and maintenance of all applicable policy and procedure documentation.
  • Translates business needs, processes and/or procedures by partnering with applicable experts and business stakeholders to determine and articulate needs. May communicate with senior level stakeholders and technology teams on complex business requirements.
  • Leads multiple business analysis project management processes through planning, quality assurance and effectiveness assessment. Provides direction for the successful deployment of projects. Drives the development, analysis and distribution of complex reporting.

Pay Transparency

Base Salary: $75,000.00 6 $150,000.00

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
