Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented
Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technology teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing requirements, defining system integrations, supporting Agile delivery processes, and ensuring successful implementation of solutions across enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear user stories, functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Define API contracts, integration requirements, and system interactions.
- Support identity, access management, and governance-related initiatives.
- Manage product backlogs, prioritization, and sprint planning activities in an Agile environment.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Support testing, UAT, and validation of implemented solutions.
- Assist with rollout planning, documentation, user training, and adoption activities.
- Create process maps, data flows, and requirement traceability documentation

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $82,082 to $193,440
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.
The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
