The Azure Data Analytics Business Administrator serves as a strategic operational partner to leadership and the teams they support, driving business rhythm, stakeholder alignment, organizational effectiveness, and execution excellence in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
Responsibilities- Calendar Management & Meeting Logistics: Manage executive calendars, coordinate meetings, prepare materials, resolve conflicts, and support decision-making.
- Project Ownership: Lead projects end-to-end, drive accountability, manage risks, improve processes, and ensure successful outcomes.
- Resource & Budget Management: Track budgets and expenses, ensure compliance, manage equipment and supplies, and support financial planning.
- Space Management & Planning: Maintain workspace assignments, coordinate office planning, manage space utilization, and resolve space-related issues.
- Team Management Support: Support recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, headcount tracking, and employee experience initiatives.
- Event Coordination & Logistics: Plan and execute events, manage logistics and stakeholders, monitor outcomes, and apply lessons learned.
- Travel Management: Coordinate travel arrangements, create itineraries, ensure policy compliance, and provide travel support and issue resolution.

QualificationsRequired/Minimum Qualifications5+ years administrative, business support, or customer service experience in an environment with an emphasis on scheduling meetings/events, travel management, and administration work for executive/upper level management.

- This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Preferred/Additional Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Human Resources [HR], Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Sociology) OR equivalent experience.
- 2+ years experience serving as mentor to others.
- 3+ years experience reviewing and managing administrative budgets (e.g., for events, morale, travel, training).
Business Support ATR-D - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $31.49 - $51.97 per hour. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $42.93 - $59.33 per hour.
