Full Job Description
We are seeking Entry Level Structural Engineers to join our Structural/Marine Group in our Baltimore, MD office.
Come join our collaborative team of engineers and architects on a variety of challenging projects, including buildings, industrial facilities, mission critical/secure facilities, water/wastewater plants, and waterfront facilities. WRA has a strong mentoring culture and a focus on staff development.
Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of building types and materials. Conduct field investigations, develop concept designs, and create construction documents for clients across a broad range of markets, including Federal/Local Government, Industrial, and Manufacturing.
Requirements:
- 0-4 years of structural design experience
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with Structural Concentration from an ABET accredited program.
- Internship experience in a related field preferred.
- Experience with structural design and analysis software (RISA, STAAD, etc.)
- Experience with drafting and modeling software (Revit and AutoCAD).
- Knowledge of building codes and standards (IBC, ASCE, ACI, etc.)
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- U.S. Citizenship required
Additional Qualifications
- Master's degree in Civil Engineering with Structural Concentration preferred.
- Professional Engineer or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) preferred.

The expected annual compensation range for this position is $72,000.00 - $97,000.00. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
