The opportunity:

Associated Engineering, a proudly Canadian, Employee-owned Company is seeking an experienced and dedicated Building Mechanical Engineer to join our team in our Calgary office. In this role you will be responsible for mechanical engineering/consulting services with a primary focus in building services design.

What you'll do:
  • You will design functional and sustainable facilities that are user and operator-friendly and enhance the overall community.
  • You will have experience in a range of market sectors which could include the following: government and emergency services, water and wastewater facilities, education, sport and recreation. Further, you will have experience in business development and the preparation of proposals.
  • Your responsibilities will include preparing reports, detailed drawings, cost estimates, specifications, and contract documents as well as participating in mentoring, scheduling, budgeting, tendering, contract administration and inspection.
  • You will engage in a collaborative work environment with your team, as well as other disciplines and offices.
