Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of engineering experience with HVAC/utilities troubleshooting in pharmaceutical or bio-tech manufacturing, particularly in aseptic processing.
• Familiarity with Siemens BMS - Insight & Siemens Historian - InfoCenter, and proficiency in MS Office and SAP is preferred.
• Proven skills in project management, planning, and execution, with emphasis on follow-up and completion.
• Customer/results oriented, with an understanding of internal/external customer needs and process development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute plans to maintain and enhance the BMS system.
• Create IA project proposals and prepare PPM submissions.
• Schedule and coordinate plans with operational schedules.
• Support IA projects and lead process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain and develop system documentation, including specifications and maintenance plans.
• Coach and train Facility Engineers and Maintenance Technicians.
• Utilize cLEAN® tools for problem-solving, project, and change management.
