- Participate in the on-call rotation, responding to after-hour emergencies with a can-do attitude!

- Oversee the procurement of maintenance materials and supplies, ensuring we have the right resources at the right time!
- Lead and mentor Assistant Building Engineers, fostering their growth and expertise!
You are a Versatile Pro!- Oversee the operation and maintenance of all building systems, ensuring they function flawlessly and efficiently!
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs that extend the life and performance of our valuable assets!

Requirements
Key Skills and Abilities Needed to Succeed in This Role:- 6-7 years of experience in building maintenance and engineering, with a focus on luxury high-rise properties.
- Advanced knowledge of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and fire safety.
- NFPA 25 and EPA 608 or similar certifications for fire suppression system and HVAC maintenance.
- Proven experience in responding to resident service requests and performing a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety rules and regulations, demonstrating a commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
- Excellent customer service and a positive resident experience focused mentality, with the ability to interact professionally and effectively with discerning residents.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative, flexibility, and a commitment to achieving results.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively address resident concerns and resolve maintenance issues.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, ensuring that all maintenance and engineering operations are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Must have a valid driver's license with no major infractions in the last 12 months.
Salary Description
$37-$40/hr
