Qualifications

  • Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Registered Architect (R.A.).
  • Certifications from IIBEC (RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP) highly valued.
  • University of Wisconsin-Madison certifications (BECxP, CxA+BE) a plus.
  • At least 12 years of relevant professional experience in building enclosure or related fields.
  • Senior reviewer or similar designation from a competitor is essential.

  • Review technical reports for accuracy and comprehensiveness.
  • Prepare and assess proposals for potential projects.

  • Lead and mentor junior staff to foster professional growth.
  • Conduct responsibilities regionally, ensuring local compliance and standards.

Responsibilities

  • Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting building enclosure staff within the region.
  • Responsibilities also include performing the following:
    • Overseeing projects
    • Performing technical report reviews
    • Preparing and reviewing proposals
    • Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions
    • Leading and coaching junior staff members
    • Performing responsibilities at the regional level

Qualifications

  • BS or MS in Civil Engineering, Architecture (NCARB), Structural Engineering, or Architectural Engineering preferred
  • Licensed or certified as at least one of the following:
    • Professional Engineer (P.E.)
    • Registered Architect (R.A.)
    • International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) offered RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP
    • University of Wisconsin-Madison offered BECxP and CxA+BE
  • 12+ years of relevant professional related experience
  • Candidates must hold senior reviewer or similar designation from a competitor firm
